This week in the nursery the boys and girls engaged in lots of different activities to help them learn about all dinosaurs.
The children spent a lot of time making fossil prints they moulded and pressed the dough to create their own imprints of the dinosaur bones and footprints. The children then spent some time becoming archaeologists in the sand tray discovering dinosaurs’ bones, they used brushes to brush the sand off to excavate the different dinosaur bones.
The children loved exploring the jungle and dinosaur den in each of the classrooms, they used the magnifying glasses to get a closer look at the different animals. We also enjoyed listening to all the stories about friendly dinosaurs and the epic adventures about dinosaurs through the times.
