This week in Primary 4, we became data detectives! 🕵️♂️🕵️♀️
We kicked off our learning about tally charts by heading outside to conduct a real-life investigation — counting the car colours in our school car park! 🚙🟦🟥⬛⬜
Armed with clipboards and curiosity, the children carefully observed and recorded the colours of each car they saw. Back in the classroom, they used their findings to create their very own tally charts, learning how to group data and represent it clearly. ✅📋
It was a brilliant way to combine maths with real-world observation, and the children showed fantastic teamwork and attention to detail. 👏✨
