A Guide to Healthy Eating in P5CS

The boys and girls in P5 were lucky enough last week to learn all about how and why they should have a healthy and balanced diet as part of Chester’s Challenge, thanks to the girls from NI Chest, Heart and Stroke. To further enhance their knowledge, Patricia from the Farm Quality Association, very kindly took a cookery demonstration in our very own classroom! She showed the children how to use healthy and fresh ingredients to make a lovely Beef and Tomato Ragu. The children all sampled the dish and loved it! 😁
