Another busy week in St Patrick's

It's been another busy week for the Primary 6 boys and girls of St Patrick's. The highlight of the week was undoubtedly our special Mass in the cathedral, as part of the Schools Singing Programme.  The 2 Primary 6 classes joined children from other local schools, and Archbishop Eamonn Martin, to celebrate Advent through wonderful singing as well as prayer. The children have worked very hard to learn all of the songs, under the expert guidance of the music teachers Orla and Sarah Jane. The children were fantastic ambassadors for our school.  On returning from the cathedral, the children enjoyed our Christmas dinner / Christmas Jumper Day.  We have also been very busy practising our carols for the P5/6/7 carol service next week, as well as Christmas tunes on the tin whistle.
