P2 have been developing their data handling skills using the J2E resource to create class bar graphs. The children collected information about their favourite sea creatures and favourite ice cream flavours, then worked together to create graphs on the interactive whiteboard.
As a class, we discussed the graphs and talked about which options were the most popular and the least popular. P2 did a great job using mathematical language such as most, least and more than.
