BBC’s 500 Words Competition, the most successful children’s writing contest, is now open for entries until Friday 7 November.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire creativity in your child, aged 5–11. Your child is invited to write a story they’d love to read in 500 words or fewer.
There are exciting prizes on offer, including bundles of books, a chance to attend a star-studded final, and even having your child's story read by a celebrity.
