What a fantastic day we had in the nursery this week for our annual bike and scooter day! The children had so much fun riding their bikes and scooters round our school while enjoying lots of outdoor play with their friends.
Throughout the day, we spent some time talking about the importance of bike and scooter safety. The children learnt why wearing helmets is important, how to cycle carefully around others, and how to keep themselves safe while having fun on their wheels.
There were plenty of smiles, excitement, and confidence building as the children explored the different areas in our school. It was wonderful to see all the children having so much fun and showing off their great gross motor skills.
A big thank you to all our families for bringing in bikes, scooters, and helmets to make it such a memorable day for our children.
