Dairy Council visit P5

The boys and girls in P5 had the privilege of having the girls from the Dairy Council come to visit them. The children learned about the different food groups and how they can maintain a healthy and balanced diet. They heard specifically about the importance of dairy in their diets and how they can incorporate into their lives everyday.
