Primary 2 have been learning all about our five senses, and today we explored how we use them to understand the world around us.
During our picture comprehension activity, the pupils looked closely at a series of pictures showing children using all five senses. The boys and girls talked about which senses the kids in the pictures were using, thinking about what they might be seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, or touching.
The children then worked in groups, chatting together, sharing ideas and helping one another to answer the comprehension questions. It was wonderful to hear their thoughtful discussions and see such super teamwork.
