There was no shortage of Christmas Spirit in the Happy Hive this week. We arrived to class on Monday to find presents from Santa under our tree. Everyone's present was different and we were all so excited to unwrap them and see what was inside. On Tuesday, we built and decorated a gingerbread house. We used icing and sweets to make it look colourful and afterwards, we broke it apart and tasted it. It was as yummy as it looked! On Wednesday, we went on a trip to the cinema to see 'The Grinch'. We all loved the film; it was really funny. While we were getting ready to leave the Quays, we happened to bump into Santa. He not only took time out of his busy day to talk to us but he posed for a photo too! It has been a very memorable and happy week in our hive!
