Congratulations to our KS2 Gaelic footballers who were overall winners in the Cumann na mBunscol Indoor Football Competition in Ballyholland.
The girls played with skill and determination, winning all three group games and continuing this winning form in the semifinal. They faced a strong Rostrevor team in the final. There was little to separate the sides but the girls dug deep and finished strong with a last minute goal. The girls were undefeated on the day, and deserving winners of the Newry heat.
We are now preparing for the All County final, this Friday in Burren GAC, where 6 schools will battle it out to be crowned county champions. Bring it on! #myball ⚽️ 💪🏼 💚💛
