Today in the nursery we had a wonderful day celebrating ‘Green Day’ in prepration for St. Patrick’s Day on Monday. We all wore our best green clothes and accessories ready to take part in all the activities throughout the day.
We started the morning with some fantastic traditional music played by Miss Kearney. We then took part in different craft and storytelling activities to help us learn more about St. Patrick.
All the children enjoyed the ‘Green Day’ concert performed by all the classes up the school and loved joining in with all the singing and dancing.
We ended the day with our very own St. Patricks day disco in the nursery. Check out the pictures below to see all our celebrations.
