'Halloween Safety' in Mrs Scullion's P1 Class

This week we have been learning all about firework safety and how we can stay safe over the upcoming Halloween break. During our lesson, we learned how to stay safe around sparklers and fireworks, and we chatted about staying close to an adult when out ‘treat or treating’. We discussed ways in which we could keep our animals safe on Halloween night by keeping them indoors to protect them from the loud noises and bright lights. We finished off our lesson with a little online safety quiz and some informative colouring pages.
