LMC Cookery Demonstration P5 CF

The children in primary 5 had a wonderful time participating in an educational beef cookery demonstration, ran by the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC). Wendy taught them so much about the Farm Quality Assured aspect of the meat she was using and why it is so important to support local farmers. 
The children were able to enjoy some taco mince and read the fantastic Beef and Lamb booklet produced by LMC. We hope to hear all about some of the delicious recipes the children will try out at home.
