This week marks the beginning of Lent. It’s a time for reflection, new beginnings and trying our best each day.
The Primary 2 pupils in Mrs Kearney's class performed their Lent-themed assembly in the Assembly Hall, sharing messages of effort, perseverance and turning over a new leaf.
Lent reminds us that we don’t need to be perfect, just willing to grow and start again.
Each child chose something they would like to give up and something positive they would like to take on during this special season. These promises have been added to our Lenten Tree.
