Miss Murphy’s Primary 3 took their learning outdoors this week.
We have been working on the topic length and in pairs, the children drew long chalk lines and worked together to estimate and measure their classmate’s height.
There were great discussions, comparisons and maths talk. It was a brilliant hands-on session that helped the children see how measuring can be used in real life.
