Today was the first of three workshops held by Carlos from Hip Psychology. The focus was ‘My Feelings and I’ and Carlos educated the children on ways to increase their well being in a fun and engaging way.

We look forward to the remaining two sessions. Parents and caregivers are welcome to attend.
