P6 have been enjoying hands on, collaborative lessons provided by Steam Education, in partnership with Re-Gen Newry, that is allowing the children to seek creative and artistic solutions to raising awareness of this growing problem.
We have been learning all about the greenhouse effect in relation to Climate change and how we can reduce our carbon footprint.
This week, we looked at nature and climate change and how we have to protect and work with nature. We learned how woodlands and oceans help in the climate and biodiversity crisis and created our own habitats.
