P6 investigate seed dispersal in our WAU 'Flight' topic

Mr McClorey's class continued our investigation of flight by learning about seed dispersal.  We learned that seeds can be dispersed in different ways, including by animals and water.  We focused on wind dispersal, looking at dandelion and sycamore seeds.  We made our own paper 'helicopters' to investigate how sycamore seeds can be dispersed.  The children enjoyed testing out their helicopters.
