Primary 5 enjoy a visit by the Dairy Council

As part of our Healthy Lifestyle topic, Primary 5 pupils enjoyed a visit by Aaron from the Dairy Council. Aaron discussed the importance of a balanced diet. He reminded the children of the different food groups. He also emphasized the importance of getting at least one hour of daily exercise. The pupils enjoyed the discussions and particularly the active parts of Aaron's talk.
