Primary 7 Relax Kids Session

Last week our Primary 7 children took part in a Relax Kids workshop.

Relax Kids is a programme which helps children manage stress, anxiety and difficult emotions whilst boosting self-esteem, confidence and creativity. Our children enjoyed sampling some of these techniques. Thank you to Joanne Callan for leading these sessions and Maeve Mc Parland from Newry and Mourne Enterprise Agency for facilitating.
