Our Shared Student Council were keen to find out about gardening and ways that they could support the environment.
They contacted a local gardener, Kieran Gallagher, from Gallagher Gardening, who visited Windsor Hill, on Wednesday, to speak to them.
He shared his knowledge on the importance of plants for pollination and the wider environmental impact that this has.
The children all thoroughly enjoyed planting their own pots to take home and nurture.
