Our fantastic Primary 3 class has been busy mathematicians this week as they explored adding double digits up to 100!
The children used practical resources to help them understand how numbers are made. They worked with tens and ones to build numbers and when adding, they understood to group the ones together and then the tens.
Super teamwork, resilience and mathematical language was used throughout this activity, and each child’s confidence has definitely grown!
