We are delighted to welcome Miss Cunningham to P2, who has recently joined us as a PGCE student teacher.
This week, Miss Cunningham led a P2 Numeracy lesson focusing on sorting using one given criterion. The children worked with a Venn diagram to sort 2D shapes for colour- red/not red or their properties 4sides/not 4 sides.
Pupils discussed their ideas with partners and explained how they decided where each shape belonged.
