The children in P5 have been learning about Egypt. This week we were looking at where Egypt is in the world and in relation to where we live. They also looked at Africa as a whole and used compass directions to travel from Egypt to other parts of Africa. They had the opportunity to use atlases to label the countries in Africa and also looked at the continents of the world. The children worked hard throughout and developed their geographical skills very well.
