World Mental Health Day - P7 Mrs Rice

This week, during World Mental Health Day, the Primary 7 children grouped together to discuss mental health. They talked about how mental health affects the way we handle things in our daily lives, inlcuding the choices we make, how we treat others, how we behave and how we deal with different situations. 
We also talked about spending time doing things you enjoy and how this has positive effects on your mental
health and wellbeing. The children created some beautiful work showing their findings.
